The Story Behind The Tiffany Effect Collective

Q: For anyone who hasn’t met you yet, can you share a little about who you are and how you found your way into the wedding world?

“I come from a family that was always hosting and celebrating, so gatherings and events were part of my upbringing from a very young age. With a background in project management, I naturally bring structure, strategy, and resourcefulness to every event—but my love for planning started long before that. The very first event I ever planned was my Sweet 16, themed around Mardi Gras, and it was then I realized how much I loved curating experiences and bringing people together. I started my business in 2018 in New Jersey (where I’m originally from) and focused on social events before I was given the opportunity to coordinate a wedding for a very special friend. Since then, I fell in love with the specialness of wedding days – but also the structure of them. I always sought ways to make the planning experience better, the design more intentional, and the wedding day as stress-free as possible for my couples. Weddings became the perfect intersection of my passion for celebration, intentional design, and meaningful moments.” — TTE Founder/Owner, Tiffany Jones

From the beginning, Tiffany’s mission was clear: elevate the planning experience while keeping it accessible.

Q: What inspired you to start your company, and what did you feel was missing in the industry at the time?

I started my company because I believed wedding planning should feel accessible, personal, and empowering—not intimidating or out of reach. I saw a gap in the industry where couples weren’t always receiving white-glove service unless they fit a certain mold or budget, and I wanted to change that by creating true accessible luxury. Every couple deserves to feel like a celebrity on their wedding day, with a team that genuinely sees them. We don’t just show up as vendors—we show up like family, planning alongside our clients as trusted besties who happen to be really exceptional at what we do.” — TTE Founder/Owner, Tiffany Jones

The Heart Behind Their Planning Experience

Before timelines and design boards ever come into play, connection leads the way.

Q: What sets your planning experience apart from others in the market?

First and foremost, we treat our couples like their family. We don’t refer to our couples as “clients” because they’re way more than that to us. Between our communication style, our loving transparency, and our commitment to always over-deliver,  we show up as more than just a hired vendor to those that work with us. We don’t take it lightly that we have been invited to be a small part in one of the biggest days of their lives, so we ensure that the planning experience and their special days feel just as magical as the relationship does. Our couples mean a lot to us.” — TTE Founder/Owner, Tiffany Jones

And while every wedding looks different, the feeling they want couples to walk away with stays the same.

Q: What do you want couples to feel when they work with you?

I want couples to feel confident in the experience, not just the outcome. My work is rooted in thoughtful design, elevated details, and intentional storytelling, so when couples partner with the team, we want them to feel trust, ease, and alignment every step of the way. My goal is for them to feel like every detail has been thoughtfully considered, that their vision is understood, and that the experience is just as beautiful as the final result. I hope to be the “light” for all of our couples in what may feel like an overwhelming time, so there is joy in the chaos.” — TTE Sr. Planner & Designer, Chelsea Ridley

I want couples to feel a genuine sense of ease and comfort when they work with me. I take our motto, “You focus on the love while we handle the rest,” very seriously in both planning and coordination. This season should feel exciting and joyful, not overwhelming, especially when it’s one of the most meaningful days of their lives. ”— TTE Sr. Planner & Team Coordinator, Amber Koeuth

A New Chapter: The Brand Elevation

Growth often calls for reflection — and refinement.

Q: You’re stepping into a new chapter with your rebrand. What sparked that evolution?

My team. My team was the signature driver behind wanting to step into a new chapter that was reflective of the brand we’ve evolved, the level of service we have upgraded to, and the people that show up and show out every single time. I wanted this next chapter to be very celebratory that there was a powerhouse team behind all of the great work you see, and it is our collective effort that makes this brand great.”— TTE Founder/Owner, Tiffany Jones

With the team leading the charge, the next step was ensuring the brand’s look and feel reflected that same level of intention.

Q: What does this new look and feel say about where your company is headed?

“This new look just screams intentional and accessible luxury to me. It’s not performative in the sense of having extravagant bells and whistles that, at its core, don’t mean anything. Every strategy, visual and asset change was rooted in intentional elevation. We didn’t stray too far away from the brand you know and love today, we are just finally coming into our own and recognizing the level of work we bring to the table. We’re headed for amazing things in 2026 and beyond – luxury venue partnerships, planning experience elevations, and design upgrades – that we’re super excited for.”— TTE Founder/Owner, Tiffany Jones

And perhaps the most meaningful part of that evolution lies in the name itself.

Q: Is there a story behind your company name? What does it represent to you?

“The Tiffany Effect” was born from the feeling and experience I leave with people. After growing the team to the amazing individuals you see today, I knew that the original name was good, but not super reflective of who we were today – a powerhouse collective of individual talent. So within this brand elevation, we decided to tweak the name slightly and upgrade to The Tiffany Effect Collective – a team focused on intentional experiences curated with care. ”— TTE Founder/Owner, Tiffany Jones

Rooted in Care, Built on Intention

What makes The Tiffany Effect Collective especially impactful isn’t just the design. It’s the depth of experience and empathy behind it.

Q: Your brand feels very intentional and personal. How do your own experiences and background influence the way you approach weddings?

My experiences have deeply shaped the way I approach weddings because caring for others has always been at the center of my life. Whether it was helping my siblings stay on track, finding meaningful ways to celebrate friends and family, or creating small, thoughtful gestures just to let someone know they were seen, I’ve always been intentional about making moments feel special.”— TTE Sr. Planner & Designer, Chelsea Ridley

My background plays a huge role in how I approach weddings and, more importantly, how I show up for my couples. I have a degree in psychology with a minor in sociology, so I’ve always had a genuine interest in understanding people, relationships, and how individuals interact within different environments. That knowledge is incredibly valuable when working with couples who have different personalities, family dynamics, and visions for their day.”— TTE Sr. Planner & Team Coordinator, Amber Koeuth

Inclusivity is woven into that same foundation of care.

Q: What does creating an inclusive and welcoming experience for couples mean to you?

Every couple comes with their own backgrounds, traditions, identities, and priorities, and our role is to create a space where they feel seen, respected, and fully supported from the very first conversation.

For me, inclusion also shows up in the way we communicate and collaborate. We want every couple to feel comfortable expressing who they are and confident that their celebration will reflect that authentically. When couples feel safe, welcomed, and understood, the experience becomes not only more meaningful, but something they will never forget.”— TTE Sr. Planner & Designer, Chelsea Ridley

An inclusive and welcoming experience means meeting couples where they are and thoughtfully adapting to their needs so they feel confident and cared for throughout the process”— TTE Sr. Planner & Team Coordinator, Amber Koeuth
