There’s nothing quite like seeing a new issue come to life.
To celebrate the release of the 2026 Wed Society® | Houston Book of Weddings, we gathered our vendor community for a morning at POST Houston filled with beautiful design, interactive experiences, incredible food and, of course, the official reveal of our newest issue.
The Book of Weddings is a celebration of the real Houston weddings and talented local vendors we have the privilege of sharing throughout the year, so getting everyone together to toast another issue made the morning that much sweeter.

A Look Inside the Event
Hosted inside the new Penthouse at POST Houston, the event had sweeping views of downtown, plenty of room to mix and mingle and a modern backdrop that gave our creative team a blank canvas to completely transform.
The Tiffany Effect Collective led the planning and overarching creative vision, bringing together rich plum tones, warm neutrals, layered textures and thoughtful details throughout the space.
Fashionable Florist filled the room with statement floral moments featuring deep purples, peach tones and fun textures, while BBJ La Tavola brought in rich linens and Any Occasion Tents & Events completed the setting with lounge furniture, tables, chairs and rentals.
Throughout the space, India’s Crafts & Creations brought so many of the custom details to life, including signage (check out that welcome wall!), draping, the stunning photo booth backdrop and Wed Society pillows tucked throughout the lounge areas!
Casa Creative also created the large installation used for our new cover reveal and Vows That Wow display, giving us another statement moment for the morning.
Experiences Around Every Corner
The morning was filled with interactive experiences for guests to enjoy, including:
- Meno Coffee Cart kept everyone caffeinated with custom drinks topped with Wed Society branding.
- Perfume Bar Experience invited guests to create their own custom fragrance to take home.
- The Beaux Arts personalized those perfume bottles with live engraving for an extra-special keepsake.
- FotoLab Studio created a photo booth experience for guests throughout the morning. Their team also has a permanent studio inside POST Houston for anyone looking to stop by and create their own photo moment.
- Darker Side DJs kept the energy going with the perfect soundtrack as everyone mixed, mingled and celebrated.
The Food + Drink Moment
Of course, no celebration is complete without something delicious. Cafe Natalie Catering treated guests to passed hors d’oeuvres, a beautifully styled fruit and cheese display and a first look at their NEW brunch experience, which was such a fun addition to the morning.
POST Houston also handled bartending for the event, serving wine along with a signature cocktail that tied perfectly into the celebration.
Capturing the Day
With this many details packed into one space, we had an incredible team there to capture it all.
Sage Rochelle Photography photographed the event and all of the beautiful imagery you see throughout this recap, capturing everything from the larger installations to the smallest details.
McCoy Media Productions documented the day through video, while Howdy Houston Wed captured behind-the-scenes content and moments in real time.
Together, they made sure the creativity and work poured into the event could live well beyond the morning itself.
The Big Reveal
At the heart of the event was the official reveal of our 2026 Wed Society® | Houston Book of Weddings.
Each year, the book brings together incredible real weddings, love stories and inspiration while highlighting the Houston wedding professionals who brought those celebrations to life.
There is so much talent, creativity and hard work represented throughout its pages, and getting to reveal the finished issue surrounded by the very vendor community that helped create it felt especially meaningful.
To every partner who brought this event to life, every vendor featured throughout the new issue and everyone who joined us to celebrate — thank you. We are endlessly grateful for Houston’s wedding community and so excited for another year of sharing all that you create.
