Any bride who appreciates beautiful florals as artwork will absolutely love the botanical beauty and berry tones in this bridal portrait inspiration from designer, stylist and florist Jennifer Laura Design. Captured with brilliant images by Mustard Seed Photography, this bridal styled shoot inspires us to use florals boldly. From the whimsical floral cake by Shelby Elizabeth Cakes to the gorgeous plum, fuchsia and pink blooms throughout the entire scene. The tablescape brings textural elements into play, including rich velvet linens from EB Inc. Event Rentals, feminine pink draping and a tufted bench. Calligraphy and botanical-inspired stationery from Half Moon Lettering ties into the floral theme beautifully, while the bride herself dons an ultra-feminine look with an ethereal gown from Stephen Grace Atelier and hair and makeup by Hey Lovely. Such a lovely scene! Read more below for the designer’s vision behind this styled shoot. Cheers to botanical beauty!

From the planner, Jennifer Harrup of Jennifer Laura Design: “My inspiration for this shoot was creating an imaginary bride who is a botanist that has a passion for the preservation of nature and florals. She wants to create a wedding day that celebrates her love of flowers and plants by showcasing them as the art that she believes they are. She loves vintage botanical prints and old floral field guides and wanted to incorporate her love for those in her paper and design elements.”
