Mitchell and Jill Janszen created ESSEN Catering in spring 2021, a husband and wife team with years of experience in the food and hospitality industry. The pair met in Austin, TX while attending culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu. They moved to The Woodlands at the start of 2021 to be closer to family and begin their own catering business. They are excited to create delicious menus and memories for their bride & grooms!
