Wed Society® | Houston 2025 Connect Event Recap

The 2025 Wed Society® Houston Connect Event brought together some of the city’s top wedding professionals for a daytime gathering full of creative inspiration, meaningful connections, and community celebration. Hosted at the iconic The Corinthian Houston, the event buzzed with bright energy and fresh ideas — the perfect setting for a midday industry meet-up.

This wasn’t your average networking event — it was a curated experience designed to foster collaboration, showcase Houston’s finest vendors, and learn from one another to make their businesses stronger.

Elevated Daytime Bites + Sweet Moments

Guests were welcomed with elevated fare from City View Catering, including a crepe bar amongst other brunch favorites. Cakes by Gina shined bright with their new cake cart and beautifully crafted cake that added the sweetest flair and elegance to the day.

Chic bar rentals and linens from Premiere Events, along with luxe textured linens from House of Hough, brought a sophisticated daytime elegance to the space, while custom entry signage and a show-stopping stage backdrop from Casa Creative tied it all together beautifully.

A fun highlight of the event? A stunning custom champagne bottle courtesy of Golden Hour Live Art, this piece was raffled off during our event to be customized further with the winner’s name!

Floral, Glam, and a Midday Groove

RL Design transformed the venue with dreamy florals that blended modern design and romantic hues, proving that daylight can be just as dramatic as candlelight. GlowUp Houston hosted a Lips & Lashes Bar, pampering guests and providing a playful beauty boost perfect for headshots and mingling.

DarKer Side DJs & Photo Booths brought the perfect vibe to the event, with curated playlists that kept the energy light, social, and fun throughout the day.

Capturing the Day’s Best Moments

Mercie B. Studio was on hand to capture every detail beautifully — from professional headshots to candid shots of connection and collaboration. CS Wedding Co. documented the full experience on film, while Unveiled Content Co. worked their magic behind-the-scenes, creating dynamic content for social that reflected the energy of the day in real-time.
