With a background of muted pastel skies, soft sandy dunes and punchy hued florals and decor, we’re obsessing over every detail in this Arabian desert styled shoot by Leighanne Herr Photography. Collaborating with Glitter and Whiskey Events, the team plus a couple of horses traveled west to the Monahans Sandhills State Park to create the ultimate dream elopement session. The model bride stunned standing under the blue and white linen-wrapped altar, wearing a long-sleeve, low back lace gown from Lovely Bride. Her beauty look from Adorne Artistry was perfectly matched to the desert climate with loose curls that were neatly pulled back into a sophisticated low bun. Soft colors like pale blues and sandy neutrals helped create a cool tablescape framed by bold colors in an elaborate floral centerpiece and display of delicious noshes in a charcuterie board. Rounding out the desert delights, Dolce Designs’ spectacular two-tier floral-topped cake was the perfect finishing touch to the free spirited shoot! We can’t get enough!

From the photographer: “We decided on Monahans Sandhills State Park way out in west Texas as the location, and I then reached out to my friends at MJ Arabians. They offer a unique service of taking couples out on their gorgeous horses for special events and they were kind enough to lend us Ami and Gamilah for the day. We chose an airy color palette of dusty blue, white and neutrals combined with pops of color in the florals which would work perfectly during the spring or winter.”
