Chris took Connie to Brazos Bend State Park on their third date. For their proposal, they went back to the park for “family photos,” but he gave her parents a map of where to find him, and he proposed in front of her family!

Seeing the beautiful decor and smelling the fresh flowers was the moment Connie realized the wedding was going to be perfect. The weather was great, and the guests really enjoyed the views and the venue. They had an open bar, and Connie’s mother made sure that guests and vendors would have plenty to eat. After dinner was served, red envelopes were passed around, and lion dancers surprised the guests. Everyone was so excited to watch the dancers and “feed the lions” red envelopes for good luck and prosperity. The lion dancing went on much longer than expected because the guests were having such a blast taking pictures.
