This Color Palette Makes the Dreamiest Destination Wedding Inspiration

It isn’t often we get to indugle in styled shoots set out of state, but this dreamy destination wedding inspiration took place at The Glacier Club in Colorado! In a blending of Houston and Durango wedding vendors, this styled shoot brought a springy whimsical palette to the natural beauty of the mountainside in an elopement captured by Wild Garden Photography in fresh pastel scenes. And speaking of color, we can’t go without noticing these incredible petals that make up this altar installation of florals from Colorado-based florists Petal and Stem Florals and Adela Flora by Natalie. The fun freshness carried over into outdoor tablescapes set with romantic décor, including place settings with perfectly iced wedding cookies from Pastries by Paige at each seat! What a beautiful and yummy favor to include for guests. Read on for a note from the talented photographer behind this destination wedding inspiration and what they had to say about all its dreamy details down below. Cheers!

From the photographer, Wild Garden Photography: “In the magical corner of southwest Colorado, the city of Durango is home to The Glacier Club. Surrounded by the San Juan Mountains, Glacier Club sits on three million acres of protected wilderness and offers the perfect location for a destination wedding. An intimate ceremony site at the VIP tee box overlooks the valley floor golf course. A grounded floral arch blooms in shades of pink, purple, and yellow. The bride models two beautiful gowns in shimmering white and blush tulle. She carries a hand-tied bouquet; he dons a royal blue suit with pocket florals.

Two reception sites are featured. The first, atop the Mountain Club House patio, offers breathtaking views. Decorated with blush and gold accents, wooden chairs and natural stone tablescape connect to nature. The second site is nestled in a pine forest. Tables are decorated with garden florals, lilac linens, and silver and glass accents. Guests are guided to their seats with acrylic place cards and custom iced sugar cookies.”
