English Garden Wedding From Hannah Mayson Photography

There’s nothing quite like a wedding filled to the brim with romantic blooms, and this English garden inspired wedding was a springtime celebration like no other! Hannah Mayson beautifully captured Meredith and Justin’s big day at Chandelier Grove, with the ceremony location flanked by an incredible altar from Maxit Floral Designs in hues of blush and cream to accentuate the natural beauty of the venue’s outdoor space. Invitation Solutions designed a classically elegant invitation suite, and guests were treated to catering from Behind the Bash as well as dessert from Cakes by Gina: what a delicious combination?! Be sure to scroll through to see the couple’s gorgeous portraits shot amongst classic Texas bluebonnets, and read about a fun detail Meredith and Justin incorporated as a fun way to welcome guests while giving a nod to how they met!

From the bride: “Justin and I met over a game of corn hole during our medical school’s new student mixer. We quickly became friends and before we knew it, we were doing everything together, from studying to sharing popcorn at the movies to signing up for a marathon. Despite Justin being a Longhorn and me being an Aggie, Justin decided to ask me out, and after taking me on a date to the theater, we started dating! I wanted our wedding to enhance the natural spring beauty of Chandelier Grove and feel dreamy and romantic. When I arrived with my bridesmaids and mom the morning of the wedding, I squealed with excitement because EVERYTHING was in bloom! Bluebonnets were bursting with color, and trees were covered in beautiful white flowers. I couldn’t believe it was our wedding day; it felt too good to be true! The feeling of thankfulness was a theme throughout the rest of the day. Justin and I felt so happy that so many of our friends and family wanted to be with us to celebrate. My favorite detail was my two ‘something blue’ and ‘something borrowed’ rings. I borrowed a blue sapphire ring from my grandmother on my mom’s side, and my cousin gifted me a blue turquoise ring made from jewelry worn by my grandmother on my father’s side. Justin and I also built corn hole sets (one for UT and one for A&M) so guests could enjoy the game that brought us together.”
