Working with the modern feel of their venue, we love the outcome of Kelsey and Glenn’s glamorous, garden party wedding at The Grove Houston! Towering floral arrangements of white, ivory and blush hued roses, peonies and hydrangeas by the team at Johanna Terry Events transformed the space into an indoor garden party, with smaller arrangements used as tabletop and cake decor. The team played on the modern yet glamorous feel of the couple’s vision with bright white decor, including the modular altar and touches of brushed silver accent and accessory pieces. From the bride: “My favorite wedding day memory is our first look! I went back and forth deciding whether or not to stick to the traditional timeline and see each other for the first time during the ceremony, but we decided we both wanted some “us” time in the middle a whirlwind day. Grant did such a wonderful job capturing our candid joy all day long, but the more secluded portion of the Discovery Green Park (where The Grove is situated), was such a beautiful backdrop for that intimate first look. We were able to revel in all that it meant to make this commitment to each other privately before sharing it with our friends and family and it made my day! “
