Where do you find inspiration for your designs? I have always been fascinated with flora and fauna illustrations, old and new. My studio is full of reference materials — vintage botanical illustrations, books about bugs and floral patterns in a wide variety of styles, from William Morris to Matisse.

What sets your business apart from others? With a fine art background, the options for custom artwork and calligraphy are just about endless. Familiarity with a wide variety of materials and styles helps to create a warm, cohesive and truly special final product you’ll cherish for many years to come.

What is one piece of advice you think every bride should know? Pretty stationery, flowers and stunning linens are wonderful. But be sure to take a deep breath and remember what it feels like to be surrounded by all of the people who love and support you most. It’s a truly amazing thing.
