An Intimate Backyard Corona Wedding at the Bride’s Childhood Home

This intimate backyard corona wedding was held at the bride’s childhood home, and it’s one of the sweetest settings we’ve ever seen! Although their wedding day was very different from how they originally planned it to be, Gianna and Christopher could not be more thankful for how it turned out. To keep their intimate ceremony safe for their closest friends and family who were in attendance, they decided to have a socially distanced celebration in the backyard of Gianna’s childhood home. After the conclusion of the ceremony and a couple’s portrait session, both captured to perfection by Kati Hewitt Photography, the newlyweds were surprised with a car parade from friends and family who were not able to make it to their ceremony in person, which ended up being their favorite memory from the day. Nothing says a celebration more than Mexican food, margaritas and dancing the night away under the starlit Texas sky, which is exactly what they did! Through all of the non-traditional aspects of this day, the evening ended with a traditional cake cutting and first dance together as a married couple.
