Eclectic garden details around every corner make the weddingscape all the more lush and inviting while tables were set with a rainbow runner of dyed and dried florals, plus sweet personal pastel cakes from Alchemy Bake Lab to go around. This fairytale setting couldn’t be more dreamy, filled with iridescent and glass accents to allow light to flow in every direction. From the wedding planner, Lillie Jane Designs: “This shoot was actually a part of the grand opening/open house for the new Ronin Harrisburg in east downtown. I partnered with the venue owners, Keagan and Neb, to plan a new spin on venue open houses. We invited three teams of planners, designers, and florists, with Lillie Jane Designs leading one team, to participate in the open house while competing for the best wedding design. The owner set the stage with an initial mood board of an eclectic, virtual garden for the three teams to bring to life. Our team snagged the gorgeous covered patio for our backdrop and ran with the idea of a virtual garden being filled with soft pastels and lots of iridescent and glass accents for light to flow in every direction of our design – basically, an intergalactic fairytale setting for the perfect virtual garden wedding. The dress Mackena wears was handmade and fit seamlessly into our design (without planning it!).”
