When it comes to wedding planning, sometimes less is more – Kelly and Matt certainly understood the power of simplicity when planning their modern minimalist wedding, captured by Joseph West Photography! Wanting an extremely intimate affair, Kelly and Matt kept their wedding exclusive to immediate family and wrote their own unique vows to each other. With such a small guest list, they had plenty of time to interact with loved ones and for incredible portraits with Joseph, who captured the emotion of the day throughout the beautiful, stark white space The Houston Rental Studio has to offer! Kelly wore a timeless gown from Casa de Novia and carried a stunning white bouquet by Flower Vibes. Completing her ensemble, Hey Lovely Makeup created an understatedly gorgeous hair and makeup look for the bride. From the ghost chairs flanking the incredible prairie-chic circle arch altar to the modern typography of the program with their personal vows, Kelly and Matt kept the focus of the day on what truly matters: their love for each other! Cheers to these newlyweds!

From the bride: “We wanted to have a very low-key wedding day. Fifteen of our family members joined us and we loved the very personal feel of the wedding. We left the ceremony to our favorite music, had the reception at our favorite restaurant and ate our favorite cake. We got to share all this with our immediate family and enjoyed getting to spend time with them throughout the day.”
