Soft and Dreamy Farmhouse Wedding Inspiration Captured by Sara Abdulaziz Photography
November 16
Putting a fresh spin on a typical rustic barn affair, this bright and airy organic farmhouse wedding inspiration has everything we love: dreamy florals, texture galore and a mixture of classic with contemporary. The Wedding Workshop was hosted by Fulleylove Photography who styled this lovely shoot and with the help of a talented team, brought the vision come to life. The ethereal scene was full of natural light, farmhouse touches and whimsical details, all captured by Sara Abdulaziz Photography. The model bride’s jaw-dropping gown from Houston Bridal Gallery could not go more perfectly with the theme, featuring a stunning deep V-neckline and overflowing tulle skirt in a soft ivory shade. Etoilly Artistry gave her a romantic updo and soft makeup with bold lashes to keep the focus on her natural beauty. For the tablescape, a textured ivory runner serves as the backdrop for details in baby pink and gold, elevating a rustic farmhouse table to something a bit more whimsical, yet timeless. Calligraphy by Half Moon Lettering invites guests to sit back and enjoy this special day! Any laid-back, art-inspired couple would appreciate the ideas in this styled shoot, from the cake with tattoo-esque rose detailing to the freeform bouquets reminiscent of fresh-picked wildflowers. We’re loving every detail! Cheers!

From the photographer: “With the end of summer came a soft, dreamy farmhouse styled shoot featuring a real-life couple, head over heels for one another. Carlo, a medical professional, and Emily, a Houston blogger, joined in on the learning experience designed by Lean On Me Events for The Wedding Workshop hosted by Fulleylove Photography. These lovebirds were finalists in the Brides of Houston, Design a Diamond Giveaway, and although they did not win, they’re more motivated than ever to go down the aisle—and for real next time! Our wedding inspiration shoot was held just an hour outside of Houston at The Farmhouse Events, a magical wedding venue in Montgomery, Texas. As an attendee of the workshop, I could not have felt more inspired as I did that day being surrounded by such beauty and creative energy!
The bright, classic charm of The Farmhouse paired well with the elegant blush tones incorporated by Lean On Me Events and the statement florals by Petit Fleur Co. Etoilly Artistry masterfully pinned up Emily’s hair and intertwined it with a gorgeous hairpiece that went synonymously with the beadwork on the gown, both from Houston Bridal Gallery. From the layered texture and the complementary creamy blush tones of the paper goods against the gold accents, Rachel of Half Moon Lettering left no detail overlooked. Our stylish soiree ended outside as the sun set to our two lovebirds enjoying a cake by Sinfully Sweet Texas, draped in lush flowers and marble accents, and a toast to a loving future together!”
