Polished, feminine and filled with timeless Texas inspiration, we adore everything about this pastel pink classic southern wedding from Kelli Durham Photography! With Olde Dobbin Station as the backdrop, Elle and Kegan’s swoon-worthy summer wedding used a sweet color scheme in a range of pinks, from soft and powdery to coral pink and punchy. Maxit Flower Design created a room of stunning tablescapes combining a delicate, girly look with the traditional southern setting. Centerpieces of giant peonies, hydrangeas, ranunculus and roses lined the wedding party table and created a sophisticated look on guest’s tables. The bride kept her look just as classic with a half-up hairstyle that was swept into a loose chignon for the reception. Her layered strapless fit-and-flare lacy dress from Casa de Novia was the perfect fit for her romantic wedding! Dancing the night away to music from LG Events and Entertainment under the high beamed wood ceilings, the couple shared in their beautiful celebration of love with friends and family alike for a night to forever remember! From the bride: “Our wedding day was a classic June day in Texas. It was hot in the morning, and it rained in the evening. Thankfully the reception had already begun, so the rain just made for some dewy photos! Some of my favorite moments were just he and I taking private photos or dancing together in the midst of our family and friends! My absolute favorite wedding day memory is getting to see Kegan for the first time. We chose to not do a first look, so that moment of walking down the aisle towards him was just the most special.
As one of my favorite vendors, Maria Maxit did such an amazing job with our flowers and decor. She completely captured my vision, while using her creative liberty to make everything look just gorgeous!”
