If you love pastels and modern, eclectic wedding design, your jaw might hit the floor on this one! A quirky local wine bar served as the perfect setting for this pastel rainbow scene: a sophisticated collection of inspiring details you’ll want to include in your own celebration! Houston’s own Sara Abdulaziz Photography captured everything on film, which always gives such a timeless, vibrant look to the images – perfect for documenting the color scheme of yellows, peaches, pinks and gold. An incredible floral garland runner covers the table and overflows to the floor, softening the space’s modern, geometric elements while gold chargers and ghost chairs courtesy of EB Inc. Rentals add a pop of contemporary glam to the aesthetic. Laser-cut details carry the acrylic design trend throughout the scene and heavy taupe linens ground the design with earth tones. We absolutely love all the calligraphed elements and how they add a timeless vibe. Don’t be afraid to embrace a rainbow color palette for your big day – pastel details and plenty of florals can translate that color scheme into something beyond dreamy just like this!

From the photographer: “Our inspiration started with the quirky style of Beckrew Wine’s mix of modern, airy, geometric design elements in Houston’s Montrose neighborhood. We used current trends in a pastel rainbow color palette accented by warm metallics, blush pinks and elegant neutrals. The invitations feature pastel rainbow paint colors. A blush menu is backed with real copper mesh which is also used in the bellyband for the suite. A mix of blooms blend different pastel hues to create a cascading asymmetrical full-floral garland. For the table we chose warm metallic tones in rose gold/copper to complement the colors in the flowers and ombré metallic napkins. Ghost chairs bring in modern flair and had rose gold mirrored acrylic signs. We flanked the table with crystal candlesticks and taupe tapers to complete the look. A split cake overflowed florals onto the table in the same hues as the garland table runner. The mirror had a vellum scroll with a 1900s steamy love letter to novelist Virginia Woolf by her lover.”
