Karisa and Taylor’s journey to “I do” began on our spectacular Skylawn, where they exchanged vows against the most incredible backdrop imaginable: the glistening, sprawling panorama of the downtown Houston skyline. The late afternoon sun cast a warm glow as their guests gathered, eagerly awaiting the moment Karisa and Taylor would become wives. The Skylawn itself, with its expansive downtown views stretching to the horizon and minimalist yet elegant floral arrangements, created a serene and modern altar, drawing every eye to the city’s iconic architecture reaching towards the sky. It was a truly magical setting, filled with love and surrounded by the vibrant energy of the city, perfectly captured as they held hands and exchanged vows.

Following their heartfelt ceremony, guests were invited to cocktail hour near Outpost for a vibrant cocktail hour. The energy was electric as everyone mingled, enjoyed refreshing drinks, and took in the panoramic, sweeping vistas of downtown Houston. Karisa and Taylor themselves looked radiant, stealing a quiet moment amidst the beautiful outdoor greenery, basking in the glow of their newlywed bliss. It was the perfect transition, allowing for celebratory toasts and lively conversation as the city lights began to twinkle and shimmer below.

The celebration continued with a spectacular reception at Outpost, one of POST Houston’s dynamic event spaces. The transformation of Outpost for Karisa and Taylor’s wedding was simply stunning! The space was thoughtfully laid out using our in-house furniture, including elegant 72-inch round tables and 6-foot banquet tables, all draped in crisp white linens. Our clear acrylic ghost chairs added a touch of modern sophistication, creating an airy and open feel. The couple chose exquisite linens that perfectly complemented their vision, adding touches of greenery to the tables for a fresh and elegant look.

The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement! The catering was delecatble, ensuring every guest was treated to a feast. From the main courses to the delicious desserts, every culinary detail was taken care of. Karisa and Taylor shared a sweet moment cutting their beautiful tiered white wedding cake, adorned with delicate white florals, against a chic green backdrop.

The dance floor was never empty, thanks to the fantastic entertainment and lively DJ!
