Paige and Ryan tied the knot in a rustic contemporary wedding planned by Epoch Co+ that was filled with classic navy details and accented perfectly by gold! Featuring classy elements while staying true to their southern roots, this traditional wedding honored a love story that had beginnings that were anything but. Paige was working on a cruise ship and her best friend started dating Ryan’s best friend. She wanted to set the two up, so one Saturday during their port day all four met for lunch. From then on out, Ryan picked Paige up every single Saturday until her contract was up and the two went to lunch. Paige would go a full week at sea without cell service and then spend their two hours on Saturdays catching up! The pair finally started dating after three months and the end of Paige’s contract.
Though this stunning celebration was held in July, the couple secretly got married in a courthouse wedding on their original, pre-COVID date on March 20th. It ended up freezing cold on their true wedding day, so a nice, beautiful day in July was a perfect redo for the O’Connors! Bride Paige looked absolutely breathtaking in a Stella York gown featuring a sweetheart neckline, tiered ballgown skirt, and paired with a hip-length veil with matching trim. She says her favorite moment was when it was just the two of them eating alone in the bridal suite after their ceremony. They got a little time to decompress and eat together before greeting everyone at the reception which she says was so special and an experience she would recommend to any future bride! With so much love in the air, it can be easy to get swept up in the moment but the talented Kati Hewitt Photography captured every detail so they could keep the memories from their rustic contemporary wedding forever. Read on for a note from the bride about one of her favorite wedding vendors and what made them so special. Cheers to the O’Connors!

From the bride: “I loved working with Heather at Epoch Co+! As a COVID bride, things got crazy! Especially being the first weekend affected. Heather went above and beyond, rescheduling everything and fulfilling her duties – twice! I truly could not have done it without her!”
