This Houston wedding features an elegant take on rustic wedding style by adding soft pastels, luxe crystals and abundant floral details to smooth out the rough around the edges! Emily and Matthew brought their friends and family together to celebrate their love in this elevated barn celebration complete with arcadian wooden decor from Party Time Rentals that balances out the feminine florals around every corner. A color palette of steel blue and baby pink softens up every wedding scene, and we love the way color was carried throughout the wild yet delicate floral design by Unforgettable Floral. The bridal bouquet they designed is simply perfect for the occasion, with white anemone and garden roses for classic elegance and blue thistle and dried pampas for a rustic feel. Emily makes the most beautiful bride with her hair styled in a romantic half-up look by Think Brink Beauty as well as rosy eye makeup and a matching bridal lip. Her choice of teal bridesmaids gowns adds a French country element to this rustic wedding that we just love, along with all the other darling details in this elegant barn wedding. Read on for a note from the bride about what she learned from the wedding planning process, especially as a corona bride! Cheers to Emily and Matthew!

From the bride: “Getting married during COVID taught me that the most important thing is that the bride and groom are happy, and all the other stuff is an added bonus.”
