The story of Sterling Falls began with a personal journey rooted in love, family, and a dream to create something truly special. Founder Ginger Grigsby was inspired to bring this vision to life after searching for the perfect venue for her son Fisher’s wedding, only to realize it didn’t yet exist. Fueled by that experience and a deep desire to serve other families in the same season of life, she set out to build a space that blended elegance, warmth, and intention. Now, as her daughter Brooke prepares to be the first bride to walk down the aisle at Sterling Falls, the venue stands as a beautiful testament to the love that inspired it, a place built by family, for families, to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.

Sterling Falls offers an exceptional array of amenities designed to create a seamless and luxurious wedding day experience from start to finish. With a generous 14-hour rental window (10AM to midnight), couples have ample time to prepare, celebrate, and soak in every moment. The venue features multiple ceremony and reception spaces. This includes a stunning indoor chapel, an elegant ballroom, and a serene outdoor ceremony lawn, each with seating for up to 200 guests. Premium ghost acrylic chairs, cocktail tables, and a variety of round and rectangular tables are included to accommodate any layout or design vision. Couples will also enjoy access to beautifully appointed bridal and groom suites, each complete with a stocked beverage fridge, as well as an indoor cocktail lounge and designated buffet area. Additional thoughtful touches like ceiling anchors for floral installations, acrylic pedestals, a 10-foot cross, a catering prep kitchen, on-site parking, and a dedicated venue manager ensure every detail is covered. Sterling Falls also offers exclusive access to the venue for bridal and engagement portraits, making it the perfect place to begin, and capture, your forever.

Sterling Falls is proud to partner exclusively with The Lounge, a full-service bar company dedicated to delivering a seamless and sophisticated beverage experience. Couples can choose between two curated bar packages, each offering five consecutive hours of service—from cocktail hour through the reception. Every package includes all the essentials, such as glassware, garnishes, mixers, sodas, juices, cocktail napkins, straws, and ice. The Lounge’s professional bartending team is fully TABC certified, ensuring a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all guests. While outside alcohol is not permitted and shots or straight liquor will not be served, they offer a refined selection of beverages tailored to complement any celebration style!
