When Laura and Nathan first met at church, they were strictly friends. After a year of friendship, the pair got to know one another better after planning an event. Soon, Nathan asked Laura on a date to look at Christmas lights and they have been together ever since!
Around Thanksgiving, Laura thought it would be a normal Sunday morning. At the time, she was living in The Woodlands and Nathan was living in Oklahoma. As she walked into church, she spotted him standing there waiting for her! Thinking his arrival was the surprise, the couple enjoyed the church services and then embarked on a walk around their favorite pond that holds a special place in their relationship. There, Nathan asked Laura to be his wife! The proposal was even more special when she found out he custom- designed the ring just for her!
