For March, we’re highlighting a breathtaking autumn wedding that perfectly blended timeless romance with an intimate, heartfelt celebration. Featuring a soft, romantic color palette of pale green, blush pink, blue and white, Avery and Matthew’s wedding was an unforgettable celebration of love, commitment, and their beloved golden retrievers.
The Wedding Day
Avery and Matthew’s wedding was a stunning affair, filled with elegance and warmth. Their vision came to life with exquisite decor and rentals from House of Hough by Premiere Events and BBJ La Tavola, transforming the venue into a romantic dreamscape with crystal chandeliers, lush floral arrangements, and delicate lace tablecloths.
Avery looked radiant in her beautiful gown from Brickhouse Bridal, featuring intricate lace detailing that complemented the romantic atmosphere. Every cherished moment was beautifully captured by their photographer, preserving the magic of their day, while CS Wedding Co. expertly documented their love story on film.
Their heartfelt ceremony was officiated by Marry Me Brandon, whose words perfectly captured Avery and Matthew’s love story, making the moment even more special and personal.
The reception space was illuminated by Elevated AV Production, creating the perfect ambiance for their celebration. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal followed by a show-stopping wedding cake by Cakes by Gina – a multi-tiered masterpiece adorned with delicate flowers cascading down the sides, as stunning as it was delicious.
Personal Touches
What truly set Avery and Matthew’s wedding apart were the meaningful personal touches woven throughout their celebration. Their beloved golden retrievers, Maggie and Willow, were featured prominently – from participating in the ceremony and photos to being highlighted on invitations, signature drink signage, and even custom place cards for guests.
“We got to have our 2 golden retrievers, Maggie & Willow apart of our ceremony and to take photos with,” Avery shares. “They were a big design element being on our invites, signature drink signage, and name place cards.”
Magical Moments
The couple’s day was filled with special traditions and unexpected magic that made their celebration truly unique.
“Before the ceremony, my parents, Matthew’s parents, and his godfather blessed the rings together,” Avery recalls. “We pinned everyone’s wedding bands to a safety pin and attached it to my bridal bouquet so I got to walk down with everyone’s wedding bands. This was extremely special since my mom started this tradition at my sister’s wedding and wanted to do it for mine.”
Perhaps the most enchanting surprise came during the ceremony: “When I saw the ceremony space for the 1st time, there were hundreds of butterflies flying around. This was such a cool moment because I walked down the aisle to ‘Still into You,’ a cover of Paramore, and the lyrics were ‘I should be over all the butterflies, but I’m into you.’ They were everywhere during the ceremony to where guests were asking my parents if they purposely had butterflies/dragonflies released!”
From the thoughtful family traditions to the magical butterflies and their beloved golden retrievers, Avery and Matthew’s wedding was a true testament to love, joy, and the power of meaningful details. Every element came together flawlessly, making their day an unforgettable celebration that beautifully reflected their journey together.
