Wed Society® | Houston Connect Event Recap

Conversation, entertainment, food and drinks — what more could you ask for? This past March, Wed Society Pro and Wed Society® | Houston hosted an exclusive event for wedding pros in Houston. This event gave Houston wedding vendors a chance to mingle, make connections, and gain valuable insights from experts in the wedding industry. 

Come with us as we take a stroll through the event, complete with stunning florals and decor, a lips and lashes bar, delicious bites, and so many wonderful vendors who brought this event to life!

Houston Connect Event Recap

Set against the gorgeous Chateau Nouvelle, the event had an elegant and organic atmosphere. With a purple backdrop, florals from Unforgettable Floral and rentals from Aztec Events and Tents, the space came to life as a romantic, garden party affair! Along with bartending provided by the venue, guests enjoyed savory bites from La Rue Catering, desserts from Buttercream Houston and a mini pancake bar from Small Stacks — yum!

While listening to music from J&A Entertainment, the ladies enjoyed lip and lash treatments from Beauty Babes while sipping on lattes from Brightside Coffee Bar. Guests were also treated to free headshots and high-fashion portraits by Jen Jetzer Photo and Vogue Vignette, respectively.

Casa Creative provided signage and backdrops for the event to welcome guests and create a space perfect for picture-taking! After all the festivities were over, Elegant Valet Service assisted in bringing cars back, giving guests a chance to relax.

Let’s Get Down to Business

One of our favorite parts of this event was our panel of wedding professionals! Led by Ali Chambless of Wed Society Pro, guests heard from Keely Thorne of Keely Thorne Events, Kailey Fletcher and Hailey Daniels from Etoilly Artistry and Shawn and Lauren Sparks of Sandlewood Manor and Chateau Nouvelle. Panelists shared their insight on various topics, including,
