We feel like it was just yesterday when Christine and Garret were engaged in a classy faux-destination shoot and now, just as promised, the two have tied the knot in a dreamy garden wedding with French and Italian inspirations! Garret proposed to Christine while the two were on a romantic getaway to Paris, Venice, and Amsterdam so European elegance was bound to make its way into their summertime nuptials filled with greenery, ivory and blush florals flowers accented by pops of sweet blue French Gardenia. Two Be Wed coordinated the day, ensuring that everything went according to plan and helped to create the sense of magic and romance Christine wanted, while drawing from the 15th-century French chapel and the creative ceiling installation, greenery and tablescapes to showcase the theme of the wedding so perfectly captured by Alicia Yarrish Photography. Christine and Garret started their big day with an exchange of gifts – a bottle of Don Julio 1942 Tequila for him and perfume for her, both expertly glass-etched by She Made it Like That, LLC. Next came hair and makeup services by the artists at Etoilly Artistry who glammed up this bride and her best gals. Beautiful bride Christine looked radiant as ever in a trumpet silhouette trimmed with illusion lace details from Belle Âme Bridal with a back and train that immediately stole our hearts paired with a veil from Evoke: The Bridal Experience. As a wedding planner herself, she put so much thought and care into every step of planning her own garden wedding, but there were a few details that stuck out to her a little more. “My favorite wedding day memory is when Luke, our officiant from Officially Oaks, finally announced us as husband and wife,” says Christine. “There was a sense of relief, overjoyed, and excitement knowing that it’s finally official. Walking down that aisle, and seeing all our closest friends and family who have been there with us, was just beyond what words can express!” The rest of the evening went off without a hitch and thanks to their day-of coordinator, they didn’t have to worry about a thing besides being in love. Read on for a note from the bride about one of her favorite wedding vendors and what made them so helpful. Cheers to the Hohmans!

From the bride on her most helpful vendor: “Alicia Yarrish was definitely helpful and my favorite vendor of all time. Not only is she talented but so down-to-earth, reliable and just has a great personality. I’ve worked with a ton of photographers in the past and she is by far the best of them all!”
