Lots of dishes in my collection started life as wedding gifts. These plates have been cherished and used for special occasions where the host offered a toast to the guest of honor, sang happy birthday or gave heartfelt thanks for the blessings in their lives. That collective joyful spirit is what I adore about setting the table with vintage dishes. Combining the love from celebrations past with the love present in our celebrations now.
