Wow, this dusty blue Italian Riviera dinner soirée takes us to new places. Madeleine and Brian completely took our breath away with their elegant wedding. The two met where most millennials meet – on a dating app. Madeline had just moved back to Houston after 11 years and swiped right on 6’5″ LSU hunting enthusiast Brian. After one date that lasted over three hours, Madeleine knew Brian was the one. Of course, this gorgeous couple had nothing short of a fairytale proposal. On a trip to Cabo with friends, Brian researched and found a romantic restaurant to take Madeline on a date for their last night. As the sun began to set, Brian suggested that the two take pics. While their waiter snapped a few pics, Brian got down on one knee and presented the most beautiful pear-cut diamond.

Amidst a global pandemic, Brian and Madeleine began to plan their Italian Riviera dinner theme wedding. With the couple’s best efforts, they gathered 125 of their family and friends for a wedding to celebrate their love. The couple’s wedding day began with Madeleine and her bridesmaids getting their hair and makeup done while Brian and his groomsmen got ready at the hotel. Madeleine and Brian opted not to do a first look. Therefore, Brian’s first glimpse of Madeleine was at the altar. Madeleine dazzled guests and Brian as she walked down the aisle in an off-the-shoulder gown and accessories from Brickhouse Bridal. While being in a large sanctuary, the couple’s wedding ceremony felt extremely intimate.  Their beloved pastor married the two, and Madeleine and Brian officially became husband and wife. After the ceremony, the wedding party headed to the bus to pop champagne and crank the tunes while driving to the reception venue. When they arrived at the reception, their Italian Riviera dinner soirée began. The long tables adorned with dusty blue florals, lemons, and candles illuminated the space. The couple supplied guests each with an N95 mask, individual hand sanitizers, and hand sanitizer stations throughout the reception venue so that all who attended felt comfortable. Madeleine and Brian danced the night away and ended it with Whataburger wedding taquitos and honey butter chicken biscuits. The best! Guests popped confetti cannons as the two were whisked away to their honeymoon suite. From the bride: “If planning a wedding during a global pandemic taught us anything, it’s to not lose sight of the most important thing – this day is about you and your future spouse making a lifelong commitment to one another. Although the details are beautiful, it’s easy to get bogged down in the minutiae.”
