Spice Up Your Wedding with a Few Geometric Gems

Held at Forever 5 Events, this trendy wedding inspiration features a few geometric gems that work wonders to elevate its design and styling! Round and arched color block signage by Jo’s Paper Kitchen go along sweetly with the mod minimalist invitations and their fun, fold-up envelopes with funky rounded edges as well. Taking center stage, these overgrown installations by Flora + Fauna adorn an elegant gold and glass champagne bar from Avalon Event Rentals among other adorable décor that makes for a seriously stunning weddingscape. Bold blooms of rich, saturated tones, wild-ranging flowers of all kinds and lush fall foliage have our hearts skipping a beat. Weddings by Westy captures lovely, light-filled scenes without washing out the perfect pink tones that make this bride’s soft sultry bronze bridal look as breathtaking as it is, paired with a nude lip and a sleek, low updo by BP Artistry. Her modern column “Lotus” gown by Watters from Brickhouse Bridal is so chic with hip-grazing cutouts and illusion tulle on the sides. Coordinating veil and earrings are just the cherry on top of flawless bridal fashion in this trendy wedding inspo featuring fun, geometric gems. Read on for notes from the florist as well as the hair and makeup artists for a bit about the vision behind everything and how they chose to translate that into this modern wedding inspiration. Cheers!

From the florist, Lauren of Flora + Fauna: “My favorite element was the shelf/bar installation. I love it when we can design unique, statement pieces in high traffic areas so people can enjoy them, take a photo, etc. There’s always a line at the bar so might as well have guests enjoy the wait! For flowers, we used ranunculus, garden roses, spider mums, spray roses, with touches of anemones and scabiosa. Since the color palette was such a statement of the shoot, we didn’t want to use any green foliage. Instead, we used all fall-hued stuartiana eucalyptus to bring the color palette through in every single floral/foliage element. As far as styling goes we brought the dusty blush candles and candlesticks.”

From the hair and makeup artists at BP Artistry: “This is one of our favorite simple low chignon styles to create. We kept the hair very simple and sleek to go with the whole overall look. And for makeup, a soft sultry bronze bridal look with a nude lip.”
