Cape Town Proposal
Joseph proposed while on vacation in Cape Town, one of my favorite cities in the whole world. He knew I always wanted a scenic view and there is almost no better place to find one. The vineyard he chose was surrounded by mountains and a beautiful pink sunset had just started when he actually got down on one knee. He had come up with a whole speech (which he later gave me in the car ride to the restaurant and it was romantic), but decided to go with a very simple “You know I love you and want you to be my wife” when he actually gave me the ring. It was all I ever wanted and we’re so excited to be married in 2023!
