Some of the many amenities at this venue include bridal and groom suites featuring private restrooms and vanities, a kitchen prep area with serving station and refrigerator, a bar serving area, overnight lodging, climate-controlled indoor reception sites, as well as furniture setup for reception & ceremony (for number of guests provided) and clean up services after the event.
Richland Hills Event Venue also boasts expert staff, a large parking lot, Wi-Fi throughout the property with unlimited calling and texting, and vendor recommendations. There are also multiple options in nearby lodging for guests and a proximity to downtown Houston.

Reception Area and Bridal Suite
The reception area can accommodate up to 250 guests and the outdoor ceremony site can seat up to 150 guests. There is also a spacious bridal suite inside the venue with bathroom and vanity areas, as well as a groom’s suite (cabin) steps from the venue that includes a small kitchenette, bathroom, TV, and dressing areas. Richland Pines Event Venue provides up to 150 white resin chairs for ceremony use and clients have access to the property for engagement/ bridal photo sessions (2-hour sessions) during the week by appointment only. They also allow sparklers for the send-off, with a remember to bring a bucket/pail to put them in.
It is always best to use professionals that work consistently with the venue. Vendors and bartending services must be chosen from the list of preferred vendors provided by the venue, and if the client decides not to choose from the preferred list, then vendor must be approved and a waiver must be signed.

Simple Booking Process
This venue opens their booking calendar 18 months in advance for bookings and couples are able to secure their event date anytime within that window. They also offer rehearsal at the venue and a rehearsal dinner in a smaller hall that is available to rent at an extra charge. Their payment plans will be scheduled as stated in the contract and discussed with the client.
