Robbi Flack and Ryan Langley planned a day filled to the brim with garden florals, meaningful details, and tasteful touches with help from the planners at Epoch Co+ and the result is an exquisite whimsical pastel wedding day! Spring is the bride’s favorite time of the year and she loves when everything is green and in bloom. Therefore, it was a no-brainer that Robbi and Ryan tie the knot in a wedding that carried the same fresh, springtime feeling full of color. Shades of peach, dusty pink, blue and yellow were the main palette for their outdoor ceremony and romantic indoor reception, where long tables and organic wood seating from Loot Rentals give a magical, fairytale feel to the room.

Bride Robbi looked simply stunning in her lacey Galia Lahav gown with its beautiful open back details, complemented just perfectly by natural glam makeup and a half-up hairstyle by Glow + Grace Artistry. Her creativity and love for the little things led the couple to incorporate small, personalized details into every aspect of their wedding. Robbi and Ryan’s save the date was designed to resemble their wedding venue nestled in the pine trees. For their invitation suite, a custom floral pattern was created that was later used for Robbi’s painted wedding shoes and Ryan’s pocket square. They incorporated a custom painting of their venue on their welcome sign, as well as a cornhole board bearing their newly shared last name, and on the other board, an illustration of the vineyard where Robbi and Ryan got engaged.

The cutest detail to see was their seating chart, themed “our favorite people in our favorite places.” Instead of numbers, each table was labeled with places that hold significance to Robbi and Ryan ranging from colleges, to vacation spots, to where they would eventually build their home together. As a special touch, they were able to seat some of their guests at the relevant table – so the bride’s grandmother, aunt, and uncle were seared at the “Texas Christian University” where they all went to college. The couple says it was so special to them to see their guests’ surprise and delight to see where they were seated! Plus, they chose to reuse all details by cutting out and framing the custom illustrations and making the table numbers into Christmas ornaments. The entire event was captured on film by wedding videography pros The Drakes who make sure your wedding is captured in a way you can enjoy forever and we love how genuinely this pair loves each other!
