See the Stunning Scenery Captured in this Cozy and Elegant Engagement

This pair changed up their outfits for a wide range of shots in this cozy and elegant engagement session captured by Brandon & Lindsay Lutz Photography! Coordinating in light, spring tones, Brittany and Cody look so in love among airy and nature-filled scenery near Cypress, TX. Their love story first began when they met while in college at Texas A&M when one of Brittany’s sorority sisters invited some cadets she met through a philanthropy event to meet them at a local dance hall. Cody asked Brittany to dance, and after that first dance she says she knew she didn’t want to dance with anyone else ever again – even though they barely knew each other’s names! When the time felt right to pop the question, Cody waited until Brittany was taking her senior pictures on their college campus to plan his thoughtful proposal. Her best friend showed up holding a letter that Cody had written, which led Brittany to find some of their friends at another spot on campus where they handed her one last letter that led to the Century Tree where Cody was waiting underneath. He proposed with both families and close friends hiding all around the area, ready to congratulate the couple as soon as Brittany said “yes!”

Now in their August wedding, they will be tying the knot at Arrowhead Hill which is one of their favorite wedding details. Brittany and Cody say they can’t wait to ring the chapel bell after their ceremony, which will be classic and summery in style. They plan to play off the venue’s natural light and beauty with some stunning dusty blue, pink, and yellow accents, which we can’t wait to see captured by their videographers at Still Productions Films. Their engagement was something special because Cody proposed to Brittany under the Century Tree on A&M’s campus. This is also the spot where Cody’s parents were engaged!
