Couple Took to their Wedding Venue for a Dreamy Engagement Session

There is something so romantic about this dreamy engagement captured by Erika Geier Photography in magical, light-filled scenes around the couple’s future wedding venue! We’re loving this growing trend that is a fun way to feel out all the best photo ops around your venue’s property before the day of, while also setting a precedence to your guests from the very beginning regarding what they can expect your big day to be like! This adorable couple even included a furry friend in the whole affair. Tayler and Brandon’s story began when they first met in 2018 on New Year’s Eve at a gathering with mutual friends. So romantic, and totally living out our High School Musical fantasy! When the right time came, Brandon popped the question with a picnic at Buffalo Bayou Park right at sunset. Tayler said yes, and now Hopeful Events & Design is helping the pair plan the Houston wedding of their dreams! They’re planning to keep things romantic and intimate with their November nuptials, and will be decorating with a nod to their proposal using sunset shades of peach, as well as pale green and white. Soon-to-be bride Tayler says she is most excited for their first looks and, of course, the ceremony! Tayler and Brandon decided to have their engagement pictures done at their wedding venue. I loved this idea, we went all around the venue and I had so much fun getting to photograph my couple. They included their puppy Leo in some of the pictures as well. He is a cutie! They will be saying ‘I do’ in November 2021 at The Balmorhea Weddings and Events Venue.”
